Sara Mugridge, LICSW (she/her)
Sara Mugridge, LICSW, completed her training at Smith College School for Social Work, and has served clients in outpatient, educational, and residential treatment settings. She takes a collaborative, relational approach to therapy, and considers the process to be an invitation to healing through connection - connection with our authentic selves, our relationships and communities, and with our empowered sense of agency against systemic harm.
Sara works with adolescents (14-18) and adults facing a range of issues, including life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma (PTSD, complex trauma & institutional trauma), substance use/addiction, self-esteem and body image issues. Her work is grounded in compassion and respect, and is affirming of all identities, genders, neurotypes, and abilities.She practices from a psychodynamic lens, drawing on Narrative, ACT, harm reduction psychotherapy, and Liberation Health frameworks. Sara also offers EMDR therapy.

Morgan assists adults 18+ with a variety of issues and experiences including: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, gender and sexuality, ADHD, autism, body image, spirituality, identity, transition to adulthood, and adjustment difficulties. She prioritizes a psychodynamic and humanistic approach in combination with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Megan’s approach draws from evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
