Rachel Marshall, RCP (she/her)

Rachel Marshall, RCP is the founder and Personal Support Specialist behind The Rusted Rock, a non-clinical personal support service for individuals, young adults, students, and families navigating life's transitions. She provides personalized support for executive functioning, recovery, grief, major life changes, periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and support between therapy sessions. Working in conjunction with therapists, psychiatrists, and other providers, Rachel complements clinical care by walking alongside clients to bridge the gap between insight and everyday life while building stability, strengthening self-trust, and creating sustainable routines.

As a person in long-term recovery, Rachel's experiences navigating substance use, anxiety, relationships, and significant life transitions shape a grounded, practical, and relationship-centered approach. Combined with her professional background in recovery coaching, inpatient client care, crisis intervention, and family support, she brings both lived and professional experience to every relationship. Her style is warm, honest, and approachable—offering compassionate support while encouraging accountability and meaningful growth.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys hiking with her husband, playing in the catio with her two cats, and riding in the Pan-Mass Challenge in memory of her father, whose unwavering support of her recovery continues to inspire her life and work.
