Morgan Jasewicz, MS (she/her)

Morgan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from UMass Boston. Morgan has worked in education and community mental health settings, in addition to wearing many other hats in human services. This has led to her passion for a person-centered, humanistic approach that acknowledges each person’s expertise in their own experience. She seeks to leverage the knowledge and stories of those she works with to help individuals gain insight, self-compassion, and acceptance in response to the obstacles that inevitably arise in life. The intention is for individuals to be better able to create space for the future rather than the past alone and strengthen their capacity to overcome any current difficulties.

Morgan assists adults 18+ with a variety of issues and experiences including: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, gender and sexuality, ADHD, autism, body image, spirituality, identity, transition to adulthood, and adjustment difficulties. She prioritizes a psychodynamic and humanistic approach in combination with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Megan’s approach draws from evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
