Lynne Harris, LMHC (she/her)

Lynne is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Registered Art Therapist. She has maintained a private practice since 2009 and has worked in the mental health field in various capacities for over 20 years. Prior to becoming a therapist, Lynne received a Master in Public Health from Columbia University and an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University. 

Lynne is an EMDRIA-approved Certified Therapist and Consultant in Training. In addition, she is trained in Art Therapy, Ego State Psychotherapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. She specializes in supervising and teaching use of an integrative approach that incorporates elements of the above to help individuals and families heal. She has advanced training and knowledge of best practices for resolving early development trauma and attachment disruptions.

Lynne’s approach to both clinical Supervision/Consultation and her work with clients is intuitive, warm and relational.   

In addition to providing clinical services, Lynne is the co-founder of Mountain and Meadow Retreats, offering retreats for rejuvenation and self care to avoid burn out among providers.
