Alvand Hajizadeh (he/him)
Alvand is pursuing his graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. He believes that meaningful change begins with understanding both the external circumstances we face and the internal patterns we carry. Alvand enjoys helping clients increase their understanding of themselves, untangle emotions, and live in ways that align with their values. He aims to support clients in building their resiliency and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Alvand's approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and encouragement. His work pulls from a range of modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
